- DoCheck Enterprise Edition: This edition allows companies to have multiple admin users and access advanced features such as usage dashboards, the ability to view each other’s folders, and more. For more information, contact BlackSmithSoft.
Inviting more Admins
You can invite admins to join your enterprise at any time by clicking on your profile in the top right corner and selecting your enterprise name. In the below example, the company/enterprise is called ‘BSS’.
Next, add the emails of the admins by clicking the ‘+’ icon and entering their details. They will receive an invitation via email.
Checking Usage Metrics
Enterprise admin users can monitor DoCheck usage through the Metrics feature in their profile. The metrics include dashboards and charts related to usage, outdated files, platform-specific metrics, and more.
