Our approach is simple – You tell us what you want to build, and our platform will help you plan the best way to build it and report it.

We first assess your project reporting requirements, BIM models and construction data ecosystem and upload them to our platform drawing relationships between the different components.

In most projects this includes:

1. Break down the schedule to a constructable level based on project requirements, WBS, constraints and schedules. The majority of contractors prefer to break activities into “Work Weeks”.
2. Link the BIM or drawing objects to schedule activities either by selecting the objects in the 3D model or Excel.
3. Setup the Progressable Objects so that you collect progress from the field.
4. Upload/link the documents you need. If you don’t have a document management system, we can deploy BIM 360 Docs.
5. Deploy in the field (optional) and monitor progress live. You can also report PV/EV using the Cost Break Down Tree app.
6. Create the reports and dashboards you need including 4D, skyline, tabular reports and charts.
7. Training is continuously provided from step 1.
