What is the pricing model of DoCheck? DoCheck is a cost-effective, subscription-based cloud app that charges per PDF version processed, starting with a bundle of 10,000 PDFs. What exactly is a processed PDF?
Every version of a PDF you QR code with DoCheck is counted as one (1) processed PDF. So If you upload 2 versions of a document to ACC, SharePoint, Procore, etc. it would count as 2. If you have a PDF with multiple pages, it is considered as just one processed PDF.
If I buy the Starter Pack for 10,000 PDFs does that mean I get 10,000 PDFs added to my quota each time I renew?
No. The number of PDFs in your subscription indicates up to how many PDFs you can track. Say you are up for renewal and have used up 9,000 PDFs and have a remaining 1,000 PDFs. After you renew, the same number of used and remaining PDFs will be available (unless you upgrade to a bigger bundle).
The country/project I am in is using nonstandard paper sizes. Will it still work? Yes. You can configure DoCheck to place QR codes in any corner regardless of the paper / PDF size.
What about privacy?
DoCheck is built on a privacy strategy that uses the Autodesk API to extract and upload documents. PDFs that are processed by us (i.e. stamped with a QR) are never stored on our cloud. Only the ID of the document (sort of like a fingerprint) is kept so that tracking is possible. Access to your PDFs during stamping is done in a non-public process.
What if I run out of PDFs for the tier/bundle I have subscribed to?
Once your bundle is close to being fully used up, we will let you know and give you the option to upgrade by just paying the difference between your bundle and the next one.
Can I add some custom text around the QR code? What about a custom logo? Yes, DoCheck has two add-ons you can subscribe to: 1)Custom/personalised text (which allows you to add custom text and data from customer attributes) and 2)Custom logos inside the QR code.
Will you charge me for checking a QR code?
No. As long as you are subscribed, you can check a QR code any number of times with no limit.
Do I have to download any particular mobile or tablet application?
No. Any native QR code reader on your device should work. DoCheck is designed to work with any device that can read a QR code regardless of the OS including, Apple, Android, Windows, etc.
What else do I get with a DoCheck subscription?
All our subscribed customers get free online training (one-on-one) and support via phone and online helpdesk. You also get an administrator account based on the number of PDFs you subscribe to.
Can I ask for a customisation or adding a language?
